API 594 Dual Door Wafer Check Valves
RANGER’s Dual Door Wafer Check Valves reduce or eliminate line shock when flow is reversed, and provide cost savings when compared to conventional swing-check valves.
Key Application(s)
- For application in fields such as the electric power industry, petroleum refining, petrochemical engineering, offshore oil, tap water engineering in urban construction, chemical engineering, and others.
Design Features
- Sizes from NPS 2” to 48” (DN50 to DN1200)
- CLASS 150 to 2500 (PN20~PN420)
- Operating temperature -29℃ to 593℃ (the range of service temperature may vary for different materials)
- The sealing faces of the valve seat and valve clack are built-up welded with hard alloy to improve the erosion resistance and extend the service life of the valve.
- Short closing travel of valve clack, and small impact at valve closing; short structural length, most suitable for positions with limited mounting space
- Suitable for medium backflow prevention in pipeline or device
- Built-in pin roll, without external leakage point
- Due to the loading of the spring, the valve clack can move flexibly without jamming and has a good sealing performance.
