API 623 Globe Valves
RANGER produces a wide range of API 623 Globe Valves produced to the most demanding standards and for a wide range of applications – including API 624 specification for fugitive emissions (up to 24″ and up to Class 1500).
Cast steel globe valves are used in a broad range of applications and industries and are constructed of a wide range of materials including common carbon steel, alloy steel, and stainless steel.

Fit and Finish
- Precision machined and polished disc to controlled tolerances
- Large seat contact area with a lapped (matched) seating surface
- Thrust plate prevents premature wear
- The non-swivel stem has a precision machined trapezoidal thread and polished surface finish
- Impact handwheel with up to 10x more closing force than a standard handwheel available
